Nitin Passi is a Director with Lotus Herbals Pvt Ltd., India and Lotus Herbals Middle East FZE. He is currently involved in strategic planning as well as administering and improving marketing operations of Lotus Herbals Ltd.
He has been instrumental in increasing the revenues of Lotus Herbals by 25 folds within a span of 10 years and making it one of the most well respected Indian beauty brands in India and numerous other countries. Under his guidance Lotus Herbals expanded rapidly within India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, Nepal, UAE, Oman, Mauritius and various other countries serving millions of customers though a distribution network of 150,000 premium outlets and 15,000 spas and beauty salons.
Before joining Lotus Herbals, Passi was a Senior Consult with Deloitte Consulting (part of Deloitte Touche Tohmastu), one of the most prominent management consulting firms of the world. Based out of Deloitte’s Pittsburgh, USA office Passi advised clients on critical management issues ranging from business process re-engineering, enterprise technology selection and implementation and mission-critical project management.
His client list included names like Revlon, hallmark, Royal Bank of Scotland, Bristol Myers Squibb, State of Michigan, District of Columbia et al.
Passi holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specializing in Strategy and Finance and Master of Science (MS) in Information Systems from the Katz Graduate School of Business at University of Pittburgh, USA. He got his undergraduate education in Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), specializing in marketing and consumer behaviour. He additionally holds a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) – Honors in Tax Planning and Financial Management from the University of Delhi.
